When scheduling an appointment at Natural Diva Beauty Salon Suite, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our booking policy. This policy serves as the contract between you and Natural Diva Beauty Salon Suite. Please review the following carefully:

 

BOOKING PLATFORM - GLOSS GENIUS

To schedule an appointment, visit our booking site at www.naturaldivabeauty.glossgenius.com. Our GlossGenius platform offers an easy-to-use, stylish online booking experience without requiring client accounts, signups, or logins. All services include a shampoo and conditioning treatment.

 

Please note: Guests are not allowed in the salon suite while services are being performed.

Service Bookings

• Add-Ons: Add-on services cannot be booked independently. You must select a primary service and then add any additional options from the Add-On menu.

 

HAIR COLOR SERVICES

All color and chemical service appointments require a mandatory consultation. To ensure your safety and the best possible results, a strand or allergy test must be completed 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

• Consultations: Consultations are encouraged if you are unsure which hair extensions will best suit your needs.

• Booking with Extensions: You can book hair extension services, including our premium raw virgin human hair, directly from our booking site. A deposit is required for appointments that include our hair.

• Extension Removal: If you need your hair extensions removed, please add the removal service to your appointment.

• Tape-In Extensions Re-Tape Service: Schedule an appointment to drop off your extensions at least one week before your installation. Payment for this service is required at the time of drop-off. This service must be booked separately from your installation service.

CANCELLATIONS 

To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and manage our resources effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

 

 1. New Client Booking Fee: All new clients are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the scheduled service to secure their first appointment. This fee is only charged for the first appointment and will not be required for future bookings unless the client is booking hair extension or hair color services, which still require a deposit. 

 

 2. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. 

 

 3. Late Cancellations and No Shows: If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you do not show up, a 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. 

 

 4. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost, provided you notify us 24 hours in advance. If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms or are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment.  Cancellation fees still apply.

NO REFUNDS

At Natural Diva Beauty, we aim to provide the highest quality of service and a relaxing experience. Due to the nature of our services and the resources involved, we have a no refund policy:

1. No Guarantee: Outcomes may vary based on individual hair and skin types and home care routines. While we strive to meet your expectations, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

2. Small Business Constraints: As a small business, refunds can significantly impact our ability to maintain our standards and serve you effectively.
